ATrain – Agapé’s Train to Health and Wellness

 

ATrain is a ministry group established to help keep us on track with our health and wellness. Pastor Jerome is concerned about our well-being and because of this ATrain was formed. The entire congregation is invited to attend ATrain sessions immediately after service every first Sunday of the month. Our once-a-month sessions last for about 20 minutes and are full of information to help you keep your body and soul in health. In addition to our once-a-month sessions Pastor Jerome gives a health tip every Sunday and Wednesday to give us an anchor to hold on to during the week.

The Word of God is paramount in all we do.

This team focuses on 4 major pillars. These pillars are in conjunction with the Word of God. After hearing a powerful Sunday morning message from Pastor Jerome. Join us after service each 1st Sunday. We cover topics in our four pillar areas: Sleep, Cognitive Boost, Physical Activity and Nutrition.
